All rights, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent rights, moral rights, goodwill, reputation rights, industrial designs, and rights analogous thereto, shall remain vested in their respective owners. No User is granted any license or other right to use such intellectual property except as may be specifically set forth herein.

INDEMNIFICATION

Users agree to indemnify Casumo Casino against all claims of liability arising out of the submission or publication of Content that infringes upon third party rights, including but not limited to copyright infringement, trademark dilution, and defamation.

LIABILITY EXCLUSION AND LIMITATION OF DAMAGES

Casumo Casino shall under no circumstances be liable for any special, incidental, consequential, indirect or punitive damages resulting from its provision of the Service, even if Casumo Casino has been advised of such potential damage. The User's sole remedy in the event of a dispute arising out of these Terms and Conditions shall be limited to refund of all monies paid by the User for access to the Service.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed according to the laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules governing such proceedings. By accessing and/or using the Service, each User hereby agrees that they submit themselves to the jurisdiction of the courts specified above.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Casumo Casino may amend or supplement these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice; however, such changes shall not apply retroactively but only to future access and/or use by Users. By accessing and/or using the Service subsequent to a change in terms, each User hereby agrees that they have read, accepted and will comply with all amendments.

EFFECTIVE DATE

These Terms and Conditions are effective immediately upon display on Casumo Casino's website or mobile application.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

The parties hereto agree that these Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between them regarding access to and/or use of the Service, superceding any prior understanding or written representation. By accessing and/or using the Service, each User hereby acknowledges that they have read, accepted and will be bound by all terms and conditions contained herein.
